Doç. Dr. Mustafa Efendioğlu

Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Efendioğlu, MD, is a graduate of Atatürk University Faculty of Medicine. He began his medical career in 2003 as a resident physician at Istanbul Göztepe Training and Research Hospital and continued his professional development as a Neurosurgery Specialist starting in 2009.

In 2014, Dr. Efendioğlu expanded his expertise in spinal surgery by participating in the maxMorespine Introduction Workshop and Surgical Technique Course in Bonn, Germany. In the same year, he further deepened his specialization in skull base surgery by attending the TND Joint Surgical Neuroanatomy Cadaver Course at Marmara University.

In 2020, he was awarded the title of Associate Professor of Neurosurgery and was appointed to the academic staff of the University of Health Sciences.

As of January 2024, Dr. Efendioğlu has been providing medical services at his private clinic located on Bağdat Avenue in Kadıköy, Istanbul, while continuing his clinical practice alongside national and international academic research.

Dr. Efendioğlu’s main areas of expertise include cranial and spinal disorders, peripheral nerve diseases, and functional neurosurgery. Within the scope of health tourism, he offers both surgical and non-surgical treatment options, applying combined treatment approaches to ensure a safe, high-quality, and patient-centered healthcare experience for international patients who choose Turkey for their treatment.
